[Lagfixing patch for Mirror's Edge]

Mirror's Edge is a pretty game. A very pretty game. However, this can make low-end computers lag a whole dang lot. I made a small modification to some things in the TdEngine file that will make the game look straight up awful, but at least you will have not wasted your money buying a game that doesn't even play on your PC.

A few quick things to note:
-This engine can be modified. In fact, I'd love if you'd modify this and then tell me about your modifications below. :)
-DON'T CHANGE YOUR QUALITY SETTINGS. This will reset all the things that this engine changes, except the FPS cap changes. So NEVER look at your settings unless you want to download this again.
-For some reason, this always wants the game to play with the detail and textures at "Medium." I haven't been able to change that. If you can please tell me in the comments below. :)
-Some textures become totally black for some reason, but I haven't found any level that this becomes a major problem.
-DO NOT RUN THIS PATCH ON A COMPUTER THAT RUNS THIS GAME FINE. It will lower your FPS. This patch makes the preferred FPS set to 20, and the max at 30. If you need me to change these values, please tell me. :)

HOW TO INSTALL ON WINDOWS 7:

Now you need to find your current TdEngine. Go to "start" on the bottom left of your screen, and look for a folder named "Mirror's Edge" You should find the folder on the top of the search. Open the folder. Go to TdEngine folder. Go to "config." You see your TdEngine now? Move that to a safe place in case you want to revert the game back to normal. Don't lose it or delete it. DON'T LOSE IT OR DELETE IT. After moving the old one out, move the new one in. Your game should now be ready to be played. Launch Mirror's Edge and see if it helped.

It shouldn't be that different for Windows 8. Just make sure that you're not in your SteamApps folder. It should be under My Documents\EA Games. Or something like that.

I made this so long ago, I have no idea. But there hasn't been any update to the game as far as I know, so it should work. Considering how old this game is I have no clue why you would need this patch though.
