No seriously, I am accustomed to Alt Tabbing out of my games every so often.
I realize that Mirror's Edge is also my third oldest game in my library (only Portal and Grid are older) so maybe it didn't support Alt Tab back then?
All I can say is modern GPU intensive games like Watch Dogs and FC4 and Alien Isolation have no issues at all when I Alt Tab out and back in.
No. I know for a fact that you shouldn't Alt Tab on loading screens cause that messes the system up. I'm Alt Tabbing during regular play.
I'd appreciate if you can let me know if it works for you or not (if you have the game downloaded already, that is).
Otherwise, for a 2008 game, this looks great man! Could easily pass off as a game released in 2011-2012 or something man.
probably wont work either way but still. some games i know dont work in the game but do work in the menu
Anything from your end?
Just wondering, is Physx turned on in your game?
Ok, right. Turned it off and works fine for me too now! I can go Alt Tabbing like crazy.
So now I winder, is this an isolated Physix problem, or universal in all games. I usually off Physx in modern games as the performance hit is major.
