No there's no reward. Other than your personal satisfaction...
When playing the game on hard, I'll use everything I can get!
And no, there is not reward for making your way through the game without killing anyone.
I've tried doing it, came to the Shard. There's one machine gunner sitting right in the middle of the level, you cannot approach him without dying, he doesn't move away from his position. The only way to reach the *literal end of the game* is just after him. I haven't shot at a single person for the entire game, then I got walled out of winning the game by this ridiculous cop. And the game just throws like 5 riot gears with automatics along with machine gunners all the time towards the end. Heck, the Shard is just a continuous string of combat sequences. Nothing special in terms of running and such. Just shoot away.
Still, you can beat it witout shoot ing anyone. Even the servers can be broke, just runing around and made the PKs shoot the servers. :D
that more or less is the extent of the no kill rule. also as far as I know on the train level the game is ok if the train kills the PK. as long as you didn´t shot them.
