These spes could handle the game?

Hi, I'm on a rather old workstation and I was wondering if these specs could handle the game on 1280x1024 @ medium settings (with physx off):

OS: Windows XP
CPU: Intel Xeon 5140 @ 2.33 Ghz (4 cores)
RAM: 3326MB
GPU: Nvidia Quadro FX 3450/4000 SDI with 256MB

I know, I am also doubting the vram on my gpu. Anyways, what do you think? Thanks.
