DLC on Steam
I really wanted to play the DLC of this game, however it seems to be on Origin only. Is there a way to connect my Steam copy to Origin? (because I don't want to buy the game again) Or if I can't, is there a way to get the DLC on Steam with any other method?

Nope there is no DLC on steam version only on Origin and also don't buy DLC on Origin because it won't connect with steam version.

Only way to get DLC on steam at this time is just move files of DLC to where game folder is there are some guides out there about that if you interested.

PS I am disapointed about this as well I have no idea why they didn't added also DLC on steam along with game.

You can get it on steam, there's a mod for it on the mddb website.

Most EA games on Steam come with keys you can activate on Origin. I'm not sure if that is the case.
If it is, right click on the game on your library and a "View product keys" option will show up.
If it doesn't, contact Origin support, explain your situation and they'll give you the game on Origin.

Mirror's Edge is the one exception to that rule. You're right, though, almost any other game will give you a backup copy. Same goes for retail copies.

Actually, EA's support is great. They just don't give out Steam keys for Mirror's Edge because it doesn't have Origin integration to begin with.
