Game doesn't launch when played

Whenever I try to launch this game steam say's I'm playing the game, 3 seconds later the game isn't loaded and steam says I'm back to just being online, nothing launches, it pops up in task manager for a second, and disappears.

So far I've tried:
1. uninstalling and reinstalling
2. any and all fixes I can find on the PCGamingWiki page for this game
3. installing Legacy drivers for PhysX
4. moving the binary files out
5. moving PhysX files out of the binaries folder
6. uninstalling and reinstalling the newest version of PhysX
7. updating the version of windows I'm running
8. running in compatibility mode for windows 7, 8, vista
9. updating my graphics drivers

and none of it is working, don't understand what I could do to make this game work

specs are as follows:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Gaming OC 8GB
RAM: Team T-Force Delta RGB 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz CL18 DDR4
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-E Gaming Motherboard

Just really wanna play this game, if anyone has any advice, it will be greatly appreciated

should probably also mention, verifying game files has literally done nothing

You did also check the ResX, ResY and MaxMultisamples fixes then, correct?
Did you also remove the local entries from:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AGEIA Technologies

yessir, still no workie

EDIT: whats kinda wild is that the files I'm supposed to delete in that folder in regedit aren't there to begin with

okay so I went back to the Mandatory ASLR fix just in case and found that if I disable it outright in my systems settings the game would work no problem, most retarded fix ever but at least it works, might be worth to add onto the wiki that as an "all else fails fix" to turn it off by default in system settings for exploit protection

You mean that the program-specific exception/exclusion didn't work, but only disabling it for good for the whole system?

Yessir, tested program specific, every option available, none worked until a system wide disable was put in

Game is working perfectly, I had some mad lag for a bit with my previous solution, no lag anymore, games working great, cheers boss, much appreciated

I reckoned you were good. I was just curious about there being some actual big windows bug, or just some "unlucky mix" of this[msrc.microsoft.com] absolute chaos of options.
