As for the game, I honestly think that yes, you should buy it.
Graphics are amazing, gameplay is much better than this one, the story is pretty average (but I dont really care about that), and the soundtrack is pretty good.
Here, Ill share this. (Posted by someone else)
"Catalyst is actually pretty good, people just expect way too much from it. Also, people really need to stop comparing the original game to Catalyst, as they are completely different games. The characters are different, the art style is different, and even the mechanics are different. Don't buy it if you expect it to be exactly like the original Mirror's Edge."
Do not expect it to be exactly like this one. But yes, you should still buy it.
I don't expect it to be exactly like the first one, i actually like th whole freeroam parkour thing. Did you actually buy the game? I'm just curious if this game is as stuttery as people describe it, or was it patched and working fine...... Because it sounds like it works pretty good, but i saw videos of it being smooth for a few seconds and then crapping itself up, like this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIYeMA_Cc4o (i know it's beta but that how people descibed it in some reviews....). So, is the stuttering stuff just nonesense?
P.S. The only two games that lagged on any settings (if played in FullHD) on my current PC were "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and "Mirror's Edge: Catalyst".
