Mirror's Edge Catalyst Graphics Problem!

So far, I've been LOVING the new Mirror's Edge game, with it's gameplay running at smooth 60fps! However, I've been trying to tweak up the graphics on it. I can change the resolution, but everything else (Texture quality, Lighting, Post processing, Effects, ect.) aren't changing. It says that I need to restart the game, in order to have the changes take effect.
Does that mean that I have to start a new game, or do I simply need to quit and enter back into the game? Please help!

It means you need to close the application and restart it. If the settings don't get saved my only guess is that the game is trying to write its config file where it doesn't have permission to write... I don't have the game and I don't know where it puts its files so for now just try to start the game as administrator.
