Mirror's Edge CD key Problem

Hi everyone,

I don't show Mirror's Edge Game Product Key on my steam library so add to game on my EA account and connect to ea in the game. Can anybody help me so that point. Steam support not help to me this point so not support this game. If you not support a product until now why you sell this still now.

If you have the DVD copy of ME you have to activate the code on the ORIGIN store I believe

Two game versions with different drm on Origin and here on Steam

EA hasn't released any new game on steam platform in ages so it's unlikely they even monitor these forums.

This game is so old it doesn't even need origin to function unlike other newer games that does need.

This game has DLC that was never released on steam hence why mod exists.

EA support did helped getting you free copy to connect to their version of game around at begining for some reason (most likely because of lack of DLC) but after that it was big fat no so I imagin it would be same here.

Serial key for steam version most likely is different (like night and day different) from EA ones on origin so they would need to give you completely different key hence free copy term.

You can use the game to log into your Origin account (there's a username / password prompt), but it is not required.
There is no way to obtain a product key from the Steam version and redeem it on Origin.

... because the game's publisher - and therefore the party responsible for supporting it - is Electronic Arts, and it's their support you should be contacting!

By the sound of it, he expects ME on Steam to provide him with a product code he can redeem on his Origin account (same as Ubisoft does with their games) and for some insane reason expects Steam's support staff to provide him with one.

Thanks a lot of everybody of interest this point, and yes i need the product key but Steam not giving me this key eigter my library or support that not supported directly on there. I contact to ea about this point but them orient to the Steam for getting the a product keys but as you knows steam not support at this point. I'm not playing this game connected my account by online. My problem is this.

On the other hands when i try the connect ea with my origin account knowledge in the game, it have been error.

This mean, if steam selling the crached game, we didn't feeling. only not me publishers too.

It's not be solwed still now. I try to create new account but i can't. I play to only offline. Some producer company creating to software like steam, origin, battle.net like that so that we (gamers) are had some problem like that.

No, you do not need it. Learn to read. "Cancel" and "play offline". The only thing it limits you from is decade-old online leaderboards.

Then you described your problem incorrectly. EA's support are the only people who could give you a product key for an Origin version of the game.

I'm not playing this game connected my account by online. My problem is this.

This mean, if steam selling the crached game, we didn't feeling. only not me publishers too.

Then your real problems begin and end with your inability to log into your Origin account through the game.

Instead of wasting support staff's time with your ill-conceived, poorly described assumptions, contact EA's support about that one specific problem: that the Steam version of the game does not accept your Origin credentials to access the leaderboards. Nothing more, nothing less.

İ did your things before and i didn't suppors each other ( as two sides EA and Steam), I'm already playing the game online, actually my goal is to connect online. Nothing more, nothing less.

BTW, I also bought Mirror's Edge on the Black Friday sale a few days back and I didn't have any issues activating or running the game. Did you purchase the game here on Steam?

I buy this game at 2015. I play this game by ofline, If i try to connecting to EA in the game, there is a problem.

why do you want to connect? the game is 100% playable offline.
