But the game does work, I have a guide on my profile and a video how to fix it. LordLeeCH made an automatic registry fix and there are dozens of threads on how ro fix it.

When I try to play it says, Configuration Script Failed {2000] then says Aert, could not find a needed pakage. The data directory is missing corrupt. [1004]. When I download a game, I should expecct no problems. Is that too much to ask?

Welp They Wont Refund Ya Its In The Steam Contract. Which You Read On Sign Up ( ya right.) But ya they wont refund ya Ea ditched this game Long Ago Shame Too It Really Wouldve Made A Nice Series Or At Least A Game To Milk With Expansions (which they did horribly if i might add) But They Left It For Guess What??? More Sports Games And The Sims :D, Odds Of Them Fixing Coming Out With A Sequal, Expansion, Update, Or Even The Spin- Off That They Ditched Is -1 to Over 9000.

All of you guys are complete idiots. MANY of us know EXACTLY how to fix those two little errors and I have made a video as well as a guide on the forum and it's posted on my profile. A friend of mine LordLeeCH even took time to code a quick automatic fix for the errors which granted does work but not 100% of the time which is perfectly fine because it will add the files if you at least don't have them and from there it's an easy fix. I don't know how many times I keep posting the same fix in threads and LordLeeCH and I bumping threads so people can easily find the fix but it's like they don't even care to search first.

I'm sorry the lot of you are completely helpless when it comes to computers but that doesn't mean that you deserve a refund, with a minor tweak the game still works. Nothing is perfect let alone computer software. A company is not going to spend money to come back to an old game and fix it when speople are still buying it regardless. A lot of you are just lazy and don't want to read or a sit through a 5 minute video. It is also not Steams fault as the game (like I said does still work, it's not completely broken) was not made by them. For example if we the community greenlit a game for another company and they got on Steam and the game broke do you think it would be Steams job to fix it? No it's still the companies game. Think about all this before you press the enter button.

TL;DR The lot of you are lazy helpless bastards and Steam doesn't owe you anything and EA doesn't care either.
