Spore update is causing Spore ModAPI Launcher issues

The new patch the came out in October is believed to be the root cause. I have looked around the internet and most people have come to this conclusion as well. The common solution is to just downgrade back to the 2017 version, but i haven't gotten it to work personally. I don't know why the update caused Spore ModAPI to stop working, and I haven't seen any announcement from the devs as far as I can tell. Hopefully the modding team can work on a fix soon to relieve the issue.
