anyway to clean downloaded content?

I decided to start to play the game again after a long time. I also decided to get some creatures and adventures from some of the popular sporecasts that I liked, but I have in my game some strange creatures and adventures that I don't know where they came from. There is anyway to delete everything not from maxis and then download everything from the sporecasts I subscribed for?

Things tend to get really laggy when you delete 10+ creations at once.

There is a setting for this.
About the sporecast, no clue, I've been wondering this myself.
EDIT:
Options: Settings: Online Settings: Buddy Only Content. check that setting and it will only download content from people you've buddied. sadly, it blocks sporecasts.

anyonw knows if I delete some item that was downloaded from a sporecast it will be downloaded again if I'm still subscribed to that sporecast?

from what I understand, it won't download again unless you manually download it from the site, or reinstall spore.

I just deleted over 4000 creatures, my game froze for five minutes XD
