I can't create a new EA Account...

I go to the screen and fill out all the information... but when i hit submit... nothing happens... not a error page, not even a lappy fart noise... whats up?

Oh and EA's Spore help page has gone 404... so...

I made an account this morning, what you have to do is fill out the account inforation, then instead of hitting submit, hit the forward arrow on the right side of the screen. This will create your account and it should state that also on the page it takes you to.

When I try that, it says email address & password don't match anything in their system. Anyone else have luck creating a new EA account?

I checked Origin and it seems the authentication servers are down. We just have to wait I guess.

Probably because even though this thread was started in 2014, the last patch released for Spore was January 2010. And even then, you had to buy a Dr. Pepper to get it.

If EA hadn't patched Spore in those four years, they certainly weren't going to patch Spore in the 11 months since this topic was started.

you got spore for buying a Dr pepper? or do you mean the price of a dr pepper? (which by the way is pretty expensive in australia due to how rare they are to find in shops) anyhoo any way it's still money. When money has changed hands they should be prepared to meet a surten expectation..:(
