Can Spore be played on Windows 7, 8 and 10?
I'm planing on getting spore for me and my friend but we don't have a Xp or Vista computer. So we were wondering if the game can run on Windows 7, 8, and 10? Please give accurate information.

It runs fine for me on windows 10, can't speak for the other ones though

CAN run? Yes. It's possible.

Is it compatible. No. And EA will not support Spore on Win 7, 8, 10.

If you know how to run something in compatibility mode and with administrator rights, you might have a chance of getting it to run.

If all else fails: Steam refund within 2 hours.

Also...

Spore does not have synchronous multiplayer. If you're expecting to play Spore with your friend, reconsider purchasing.

That accurate enough for you?

I am also happy with Spore on my Win 7. It's only the Spore website registration (I already have an EA identity) at the beginning of the game that gives me the irrits I know there's a published solution but I just haven't implemented it yet.:steamhappy:

It is all fine here, on my windows 10. The worse you may expect is some crashes here and there, because of the unsupported hardware and OS; and speaking of that, Spore's graphics card database is outdated, so it may recognize your top-notch, brand-new card as medium-level GPU. There is a simple fix for it, somewhere on the sporum.

But I do reccomend buying it in Origin, and not Steam, because there is a slightly more updated version.

I'm running this on Windows 10, the only time it has crashed for me is when my species made it to land, if your species moves to a new nest and your character dies before getting there it crashes because your character has no nest to go to to heal. So make sure to save when your species decides to move
