Black Screen Solution ???

I have wanted to come back and play this game for a very long time. I'm on a dell latitude 7530 on windows 11. I load up the game and everything works fine. It connects me to the Spore servers, and then I pick a planet and start the game. However, when the cutscene is playing, I see a black screen. I can hear it playing in the background, I can skip this by pressing esc, but it doesn't fix the issue. The black screen does not disappear when I load into the game. I can hear my cell moving around and munching on stuff, but I can't see anything. Alt + Tab doesn't help. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. Trying it in different resolutions doesn't help. I don't know what to do because I love this game so much, but I fear I'm not going to be able to play it again. Any suggestions on how to fix this???

It wouldn't let me load, the screen remained black like a window that didn't allow me to select it until I gave it compatibility with Windows XP, both runmer.exe and Sporebin -> sporeApp.exe , !!! works best with nothing open and in windowed mode ¡¡¡¡ salud
