I can not connect to the spore servers. Is there any way to fix this?

Me and my brother use the same Steam account but different spore accounts. He is able to connect to the spore servers just fine, but I am unable too. My CD key was saved, and the EA site said it was still valid. How do I fix this?

I'm already registered with an account, but it will not let me log in. I already asked for help on the EA site, but nothing helped.

Wow, I'm having the same issue. I'm not able to connect to the spore website either maybe something is happening there, they've been attacked by viruses and hacker before. But there's also the off-chance the game officially dies, I dearly hope that isn't the case but we may just have to wait a few days to connect again.

Nothing happened, they want to ditch steam and close the spore servers on other platform so that the users from steam go to "ea play" which is garbage btw !
I received a free copy from ea on ea play , guess what still cant acces sporepedia =))))))))) nor create an acc , tried to contact them again, the option dissapeared it was replaced by a weird "do it yourself " ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥,maybe its closing hours idk .... will try tomorow to see only if spore works on ea play but i doubt it. Ea and ubisoft are rats on trying to insert their garbage clients to replace steam client, but for real who will use those ?

I've experienced past outages of this nature, though those have usually been only an hour or so long, if not less (unless it was just my internet acting up, lol). This is the first time I've witnessed one this long. I would have hoped that if this was the official end of the line, the game could have finally been put to rest with some dignity, but I guess that's too much to ask for from a company that sells micro-transaction stores with half-baked games attached nowadays. If this isn't an official shutdown then, I'm just left baffled at what could have caused it.

Interesting,so how do u create acc ? when i try to make one it says "the email adress doesent match anything on our servers" or something like that ....
