Having troubles with a game pack (Please Help)

Hello, I was hoping to get a little help here. So I have the Creepy & Cute parts pack. I have recently reinstalled both of the games and it isn't showing the Creepy & Cute part pack. I'm not sure what to do, Spore doesn't seem to recognize that I have that pack. I'm unsure if my spore broke or if there is a way to fix it that I don't know of.

If someone else experienced this and fixed it please let me know, but if not then I'll have to see what I can do for it to actually work. Thank you for your time.

Cute and Creepy isn't DLC. It's an expansion pack. It has to be installed.

Thank you for making me aware of that but I did download it but the game isn't recognizing that I have in installed and doesn't show me anything from the Creepy and Cute pack.

And then what did you do?

I started up the Spore game, after that I went to go make an creature. While doing so I saw that it didn't show me anything of the Creepy and Cute parts pack. I tried restarting the game but that clearly didn't work.

Yup. Starting up the base game after just downloading C&C doesn't add the C&C parts to the game.

As in I had both Spore and Creepy and Cute parts installed. I've also noticed that for the Spore it's not showing the Creepy and Cute parts pack in the Additional contents section.

How did you install the Cute and Creepy parts?

I only ever had the base game, but as I understand it:

1) Download, install, and run the Spore base game;
2) Download, install, and run the C&C parts pack;
3) Download, install, and run Galactic Adventures (if purchased).

Anything done out of order requires uninstalling everything and restarting from Step 1.

Afterwards, you can either run the base game (where the C&C parts will be installed) or Galactic Adventures (if you want to play space captain).

After I've installed the base game, I'd then download the Cute and Creepy parts after the base game from the library.

You then run the base game (once, and then exit).

And then you run Cute and Creepy. That installs the parts.

Reason it's so complicated is Spore predates Steam. It doesn't use the Steam installer, just the downloader. You have to run the game/parts pack to actually get them installed.
