SPORE Admins.... Who do I contact for customer support on this game that will answer?

Hello there,

I bought spore (the complete expansion pack) and was playing the game when I noticed I had to be online to get to the other content the game offered. However, it would not allow me to sign up, it was as if the ingame (submit) button was not clicking.

I cotacted EA games for their support. I sent three e-mails, and wanted tried online chat support. They have not responded to me at all. It said there was a 5 minute wait for online chat support, but I have had my ticket open for three days now... and STILL nothing back from them.

I bought the expansion pack to play all the content. However, I can't even play the additional expansion packs with the game. I feel that I have tried on my end and have not been getting the help I need.

I either want a full refund on the game or actual support. This is absolutely ridiculous I can't reach anyone to help me play the game I spent quite a bit of money on. I spent $40 on this whole expansion pack and have only been able to play the game without the expansion packs.

I want this fixed.

Be prepared to convert your install to Origin. EA does not support Spore through Steam anymore.

Ya so this is ridiculous. I have contacted EA games three times and their live chat does not work....
So basically I gave away $40 to steam and steam has zero customer support.

I can't get a refund ... yet I can't play all the content I purchased. I purchased (3) expansion packs and they are not working... Neither is the online content....

So basically I am just out my money?

You can press the refund with Steam. They'll manually review your case and make a decision.

You can convert your game keys to Origin and play through Origin, since EA isn't supporting their games through Steam.

You can write off the $40 as a life lesson and try to remember it the next time you consider purchasing an Electronic Arts product.

I got it working. Earlier today I contacted EA customer support about the issue and they resolved it after I showed them the transaction ID of the purchase and the invoice both from steam.
