Game crashes on the loading between cell and creature stage
every time it crashes and closes, I really would love to pla this game, but I can't fix this issue, plz help me

Known bug. Never fixed.

Known work-around is to jam on the ESC key to bypass the cut scene.

This might be specific to the Steam version? I have the pre-Steam game on disc and have never encountered this, even when I use Steam to launch it.

It's not. It's OS/video related.

Or, heck, it may be Steam related. Allison cam convert their key to Origin and try there.

Well, not Steam related then. Thanks for checking. Couldn't remember if this one was Steam-specific or not.

It definitely has something to do with the video codexes and some incompatibility with your PC. Mash ESC to skip the cut-scene.

doesnt have to do with cutscene since there is no cutscene on loading...

I found on a Spore forum thread this problem may appear if your world has a two-word name. I haven't tested this yet, I'm about to do it, as this seems to be my case.

nope, all my worlds had 1 name, can confirm cause i only did random names

It didn't work for me either... Guess I'll just create a new planet and start as creature instead of cell

not really, I made this and stil just can play until the creature mode
