How do you give other tribes gifts?

At the bottom of your screen, you'll see the friendly option (green chat bubble) and the attack option (something red? I forgot). Click on the friendly option. Select one of your tribe members, and then right click the other tribe's food supply. Your tribe needs at least 15 food to do it. Your dude will dance and throw around flowers, drop off a basket at their food, then return back to your village.
