Grox >T0 planet spice glitch?
To explain in greater detail, I'd believed for the longest time that the habitable planets in Grox-controlled star systems just didn't have spice, like the two planets from the space-stage tutorial, but I recently discovered a few things about that:

First, if you enter the atmosphere of the planet in question, you'll be able to see colored spice geysers as normal.

Second, if you colonize the planets in question, those colonies will produce the correct color of spice, again as normal.

Third, once colonized, the planets will display the correct color of spice in both solar system view and in galaxy view.

I did a little searching and clearly the fact that they don't display spice unless colonized isn't a known glitch... I found only one reference to it, at the very end of an unrelated thread on the Sporum that had no further replies and even the Spore wiki notes that the planets in question are 'spiceless'.

I'm wondering if, A) this is a glitch or if it was for some reason meant to be this way (because it seems like kind of a big oversight), and B) if it's the former, does anyone know of a mod or a trick that fixes it? Because it's kind of annoying.
