Motion Sickness

I read a comment that said:

[This game leads to incredible motion sickness. This has nothing to do with the motion of the train and is simply how the implemented looking around. I have played a lot of FPS games, so should not have any difficulties playing this slow-paced game. Seems like they implemented some kind of home-brew solution to looking around that just does not work for the human brain.]

Is it true or dude's snowflake?

Absolute snowflake. Zero motion sickness. Its an fps camera. Really nothing more than that.

This is definitly a thing. I usually have no problems with fps games, but there is something about the movement of the camera in this game that cause me to no feel well after just 15-30 minutes in the game.
