We just purchased the game and already have issues. We can scan the room and move around, but cannot pickup anything or open anything. Essentially, we're stuck in the first room. Is this a bug in the system?

Just started chapter 1 Is there an inventory somewhere? have picked a few things up which seem to have vanished, and a pot with a number on that also vanished. So, is there an inventory ? like press I or something? Cheers

I find 6 platters insane. Is there a fool proof way to solve it?

I cannot figure out the code for this puzzle. Clue says to add up prices of the two best wines. That doesn't work. A walkthrough gave a different solution and that didn't work either. Could someone explain to me how this puzzle works.
