I'd be looking for if there are problems loading save files or game settings or caching shaders. Whatever it gets stuck on towards the bottom while this isn't progressing.
edit: it looks like your vram is below minimum requirements though - 4gb versus 6 on the steam page - but I can't be sure that's it
But is there more of that log file? These don't usually fit into a steam post.
How much free RAM does your system have available before you're launching the game?
Go to %AppData%\RekaGame\Saves.
Open the folder with a long number in there.
Find your latest $AUTOSAVE$ folder inside (sort by date modified) and move it somewhere else as backup.
Now try to launch the game again.
If that works - the save folder you just moved out of the save location has a corrupted file.
You can now either abandon the little progress you've made since the previous autosave or try to manually figure out which of the individual xml files got corrupted and restore everything but that one from the backup. (my guess is the CurrentMap.xml, because it is generally the largest file and most likely the one that was being written during the crash)
