Exactly, I literally would wreck my house with one. Not to mention i like knowing my surroundings, not being confined to a helmet. It's cute for tech demos at some nice fancy event or my friends with big places, but in my own home, no thanks.
I support others enjoying it, but for this to happen it would require massive funding for a dev team in the grips of KT(Koei Temco).
PSVR says hello.
OR... you can see the girls in VR, and... closer
Wow yeah what a flop VR was am I right guys? That must be why the competition is fiercer than ever with all these new headsets coming out. Wow look at all these games that force you to have an elaborate room setup, wow I really needed to clear a lot of space just to play tetris effect and rez infinite! Guys how do I even hold all the failure?
VR hasn't failed though..... and there options like standalone or wifi etc along being more affordable (quest 2 etc).
Literally you can play doom3 in VR while on the toilet on a quest right now, most games don't require huge space.... only slow due to contents but official RE4 in VR is a big hit right now and official GTA San Andreas in VR is being worked on.
