Linux support would certainly be welcome. :)
Tried the demo on the Steam Deck. It seems like it technically works, but there is currently a significant problem with resolution - the game uses what seems like 960x540 resolution and it doesn't respond to the Deck's screen scaling options. Plus there are no in-game options for fullscreen/window mode or anything else.
So it's pretty difficult to play at the moment because it only takes up 60% or so of the Deck's already small screen. Might work better on a LInux desktop though.
yea, that will be nice for me too :)
It's not flawless, there's problems with trying to use the Steam workshop. Aside from that everything seems to fun fairly well. The resolution issue that @ThreeSon mentions is also present in my desktop instance of the game.
I'm happy enough with the demo as it is and I'm sure some of these problems will be cleared up at full release. Very cool!
Why would I want to run the game on Linux you ask? For the same reason I drive my car with my feet! THere is an easy way, but I prefer the hard way. ❤
Now it's the best time to play games on Linux lol.
I am on Linux Mint. (Based on Debian.)
Apologies for the inconvenience.
This game/tool looks so cool and fun!
