TAC gun won't lock, possible solution?

for this problem I reloaded checkpoint for like 10 times or something. In the last few times I notice somehow if I don't use any of the rocketlaunchers, the TAC gun seems to work perfectly. maybe you guy can try this?

Really annoying. I have the same problem that TAC won't lock... So TAC won't lock means game over?

Oh, yes it does lock, when needed... Still annoying, though.
