Crysis on Windows 7 32-bit

Hi,
does Crysis have problem on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit?
The game works or i can get some problem like black screen at launch?
I support the requirements for the game xD
O.S Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
CPU:Amd Sempron 2600+ 1.8 ghz
RAM:2GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 6200 512mb

My friend with an Athlon XP,2 GB Ram and a Geforce 6150se can play the game
on 20-30 fps and is playable.
Now the biggest thing is...
Crysis run on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit or i can have problems like the 64-bit version?

Hi, I had also problems with black screen after playing a few minutes. The solution was not a problem with 32 or 64 bit, it was a problem with directx 10. After changing from direct x 10 to 9 it runs without problems. I can’t change the settings to maximum in details without direct x 10, but the rest runs on highest settings. A friend told me that directx 10 was at the time oft the development oft the game not to 100% ready and thats the reason for the trouble. It works at my pc :) !

Options:
A) Right click the game in your Steam library, select Properties, click "Set Launch Options", and add " -DX9" to the box, without quotes.

B) Browse to your Steam\steamapps\common\crysis\bin32 folder, right-click your Crysis.exe and select "Create Shortcut". Right-click the newly created shortcut, click Properties, under the shortcut tab you'll see a "Target" box; Add the -DX9 command to the end of that. Ie:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\crysis\Bin32\Crysis.exe" -DX9

After the first start with the shortcut the program will save this property and you can start crysis over steam as usual. Hope that this will help you! :)

the steam version is 32bit only so if your running a crappy fx cpu it will only run in 64bit ea though will activate it on origin for you as they did for me when i used to have an amd system thankfully no more though its just not compatable with fx cpus in 32bit
