Game launches without a main menu

Hey guys I have a problem. Game launches and after advertisements there is a main menu music and the background of main menu, but zoomed a lot so i can see only a close up of the Lingshan island and i am not able to do anything

A recent update broke it.
Fix: go to "Crysis\Game\Localized" folder, look for an *.lng file for your language and rename it to Default.lng

CORRECT FIX

You don't have to rename your language file. To be exact you have to create with a text editor Default.lng (this file is missing!) which should contain your language info (have a look to the other files in ...\Crysis\Game\Localized\) like this (example: Italian):

Language = "Italian"
PAK = "Italian.pak"

Both are the correct fixes, but your takes more actions. Why create a file when it already exists with the exact same content and is only waiting to be renamed?

Not exactly, the correct fix is #3. The other is a working as well solution, but the game as you can see also in Warhead usese that scheme (broken in Steam for Crysis because 1 file is missing): there should be a "Default.lng" text file defining only the user selected language among the various paks, no need to force-rename your own file language as default, which works as well though...
