Problem at main menu

I'm able to get to main menu, but.. there is none.
What I get is cursor and background video of island, and that's it - I can't get into new game, or options, or anything.
Re-downloaded and re-installed, but nothing changed.

What files (and where they are hidden) to restore otpions to fabric ones?

A recent update broke it.
Fix: go to "Crysis\Game\Localized" folder, look for an *.lng file for your language (be it Spanish.lng, Italian.lng, whatever) and rename it to Default.lng

There are several files with the name Default_"language".lng, for example "Default_es_ES" I changed the name of the file to Default.lng and it remains the same

You're looking in the wrong folder.
