I think ultimately moddb has the most? There was an old CryTek official site back when Crysis came out that used to host a ton of mods, CryTek was back then very supportive of modding, but something changed and they've kind of almost completely stopped caring about mod support, and the old site was changed and a bunch of mods were lost in the process :/
