I'm stuck at Mission 2 - Recovery

After destroying the tanks I'm not getting any objective marks or anything

I don't play Crysis through steam but it should be quite similar. I don't know why the triggers didn't trigger telling you where you need to go, but if you make it to the end it shouldn't matter, those ones should work. After you destroy the tanks you need to link up with Prophet. To do this move to the opposite side of the compound that you entered in. Following the road out, you should come across a dirt footpath that leads up a hill. Looking on your map, it will be at the upper-left hand corner of grid square E6. At some point along the way, the game's triggers should do their job, updating the objective, or at least playing radio dialogue and an doing an autosave. If it doesn't, use the strength mode to proceed up the waterfall, (easiest to do it on the left side beside it in my opinion) and save manually. You'll come across a split following the water and a raised path, enemy patrols are on both so do what you will. After you get through that, manual save again when the map opens up to a wide river and two large banks on either side. More enemies are here, do what you will. Move to the intersection between the four grid squares, F6, F7, G6, and G7. There you will find another waterfall, ascend it. (the cliff to your right has a gentle slope up if you backtrack a little). Continue on to the center of grid square G7, an ally (Prophet) will appear on your mini-map. Go to him. Dialogue should play and he should start moving to an adjacent cave system. If he doesn't behind Prophet is third waterfall, immediately to the right of that is a cave system head on down there until the screen fades to black and you get the loading screen for the third mission, Relic, which is pretty far in the cave. If that still does not work, and you don't progress on to the third mission, I really don't know what happened. Restart the computer, restart the mission from the beginning, and go through the mission again, it should right whatever wrong that didn't make itself apparent on the first attempt.
