Don't buy Crysis remastered

Never thought I would say this, since Crysis/Warhead are counted amongst my favourite games of all time.

But this is getting ridiculous. First the delayed release. Then the buggy, unstable and poor performance on the switch. Then Epic store only, no steam. Then Denuvo. Then it's revealed the Xbone version of the game is just as buggy, unstable and poor performance as on the switch.

♥♥♥♥ these guys. Don't give them your money. I'm gonna play the original crysis instead. I wouldn't even be surprised if the engine can still only use 2 cores, and still has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ performance in the village, the harbour etc (which was the main reason I actually was interested in this running on a new engine)

I bought it and refunded it. Too many bugs (also visually, which in the end makes the original graphics better).

EGS doesn't bother me at all. Crysis Remastered is missing some gameplay features that the original game had. I requested a refund because of that.

yeah, I was worried about that. 100% no buy. The way the suit worked in classic was so awesome, and one of the reasons I hate playing Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 so much. Basically it would just ruin the game for me.

also, does it have the mouse wheel? And if so, does the selector work properly with the mouse like in Crysis/Warhead, or is it broken like in Crysis 2/3?

The selctor only worked in classic mode but looks different now (4 icons displayed at to, left, right and bottom). It doesn't work at all in modern mode (you have to hit keys to switch to the modes).

No leaning to the sides, the "classic" nano suit mode does not play like the original version, no quick save. Also when I shot the gas tank on a vehicle it does not explode, most likely a bug tho.

Bought it and what a disappointment with the discount only £17.99 UK . Seems very buggy. Having problems with keybinds not working right shift right control although set in the setup doesnt work as intended in game. Also crashed to desktop while configuring vehicle keybinds. They have also changed the cloaking animation... played for about 20 mins so far … and put I to bed until they sort out the bugs... looks like they ruined a classic such a shame
