Stuck at the level Reckoning

Playing it on windows 10, at the reckoning level after I close the circuit breaker and progress , I cant get into the vents the character just stops before entering it's like theres an invisible wall there, I watched the walkthrough videos but none had this issue that Im having right now , I just cant get inside the air vent right before reaching the reactor room.Any suggestions how to fix this ?

My specs are:
Windows 10 Home edition
Intel Core i9 9900k
Asus RTX 2080 OC Edition 8gb
2tb Samsung 970 pro NVMe SSD
32gb corsair dominator pro 3600mhz

I found you can't duck if you carry one of the heavy weapons. Switch to rifle or gun and you'll be able to.

Switch to the Maximum Speed mode. Worked for me.

Dropping the heavy weapons worked for me too

It was, in fact, the Minigun. What I did was press J and toss it into the vent and then just pick it back up again.
