In your opinion, which is the best Crysis game?

Haven't played any of them and wanted to know which one might be the best buy.

The sequels are good games but personally I've always had a soft spot for the original. It's a blast to play (and replay afterwards) and I think the series kind of lost its way over time whereas the first game remains something special in my opinion.

It does have the best reviews of the 3. And if you know anything about it can you tell me if Crysis Warhead is like an expansion to the first game or a standalone game and if it's good?

Crysis Warhead is both a standalone game and an expansion to Crysis. It uses the same engine and tells the same story but from a different perspective because you play as one of the supporting characters from the original game. It's equally as good as the base game but the cutscenes are way too long and the Foley sound during those cutscenes is completely over the top and kind of ridiculous. Crysis 2 is also excellent, especially the visuals and music score. The third game is shorter and less groundbreaking but fun nonetheless.

Sweet, this is all great. Probably my last question here: You think it's worth getting all games or really just sticking with Crysis 1 or 1 and 2?
