Report a translation problem
To avoid the game crash when heading back out to the carrier, try doing a save right after you've exited the canyon area and are heading out toward the ocean.
Also, to apply vertical thrust to the VTOL, make sure you press the [space] bar often. You don't have to eliminate all the floaters near the ground, either. Just fly through the canyons to the coast, save, then wait for the next map to load.
I crashed many times in that level.
The sudden drop in altitude is due the small "tornados" as far as i have experienced it.
Just avoid the Tornados and keep in mind that the VTOL flies like a helicopter (or a spaecship) not an airplane.
space for ascending and ctrl for descending, the rest is your typical movement.
I didn't use the afterburner just to avoid crashing into things.
If you think this game is great, then you are a moron. This is one of the worst games i have ever played
