Can anyone confirm that the devs stop working on the game?

I second the question. The game had a steady stream of updates, but after June 30th, 2023 everything abruptly stopped. No updates, no communication.

I am curious about this as well. Seems like a really pretty citybuilder that might rescue some of the negative reviews if it just sharpened what it did a bit.

Yes, but strangely there is still a - chinese only - version online... and it even has an actual playable demo (it was in the recently ended Steam-Next-event).

They did. I contacted them and they said they are no longer responsible for it.
