Hello everyone!

Time for an update!

I know it looks like we're going slow but once again I want to remind you that we're just 3 people and one of us is not even a developer:) so basically we're doing this project as 2 persons.

But don't worry! It's going great. Since the beginning of 2025, I delved more into story elements and cinematics while our programmer was working on our gameplay systems which we'll share more later.

Unawake is like a 3D Diablo. You fight, you gain loot, you fight again. And we have numerous mods and superb end game features to support you for years to come. You'll never be bored in Unawake. As gamers ourselves, we think we have created an ultimate game design which we can't wait to share with you in future updates.

BUT... This doesn't mean Unawake doesn't have a story. On the contrary, I can proudly say that we have an incredible story which has many twists and epic moments to make you excited as you play the game.

Like most successful RPG games, we buried our tutorial sections (which are very few anyway) into the beginning of the game. But what a beginning... You start the game at the peak of the ultimate battle between angels, demons and mankind. The situation is grim and humans can't trust anyone; including angels.

In the fog of this forsaken war, a figure emerges. Everyone greets him as a commander and he barely escapes from a vicious demon charge. He holds his soldiers at an ancient bridge while angels start to burn the world just to destroy the demons...

We learn that mankind teamed up with renegade angels who defied the One. The leader of these Fallen Angels who is called Azazel; opened the gate to Hell to arm themselves with demons. To use them against the Holy Angels which descended to fight them. But things went wrong. Azazel couldn't have predicted that the Hell Legions were too strong and they have a similar hierarchy like the Heaven.

So in a very small amount of time, things went mad. Angels were slaughtered like pigs and words got out that Azazel was captured and his son, the human king is dead; as well as his commanders... Except one.

After we live the climax of the war; we travel thousands of years into the future and start the game. Our character wakes up on what looks like a tomb at the summit of a huge pyramid. There are priests and they are calling him "Unawake". But who is he? Why isn't he dead? What's so important about him?

They say he's here. The infernal prison of Azazel. He quickly realizes the surreal, unreal world he's looking at. This is not Earth. But where is he?

There are so many questions but so many answers for you to find out in the epic journey of Unawake. In future updates, we'll delve more into gameplay and our new systems.
