Btw is that a gray cleaver? You should be using gutrender at this point.

Yes this is Gray Cleaver. I also use Shredder.
I can't craft Gutrender, Ulfar is lvl10 only. I should up him by crafting, but farming is boring...
and when i compare stats, Gutrender doesn't seems more powerful. Yes my Gray cleaver is enchanted, but i don't think the Gutrender will get more or same damage level with the same enchantment (may be i'm wrong ?)

Anyway, gray cleaver does more damage per swing if they were both enchanted. Gutrender does more damage per stamina, also faster and has bleed bonuses. I guess it's debatable, but I personally prefer gutrender for a vanguard.
That said, I did not have fun with this boss, nor the double version of it in the end. Feels too tanky, does too much damage, and too simplistic.
The later "variant" of the fight was a pain, but that is after a movement upgrade or two.
