Your missing chest is the Frost Mage chest from the mages in the snow area.

Helmet Row 2 #9 is the Halberdier helmet from the halberdiers in the vampire castle.

Row 2 #3 hand is likewise from the Halberdiers.
Row 3 #2 is the Frost Mage Gloves.

The others I'm still missing myself.

Gloves done. Was frostmage gloves and halbedier gloves found through armory and screenshots now gotta farm them . So wierd they never dropped before

I’m guessing the last 3 just aren’t in the game or are all from the one diagram/spot we are all missing

I spent all day running and slashing every wall. Jumping off and around every cliff and hole :(

Offhand R4 I12 - Nevermore - craftable at smithy (cant remember if it was diagram or certain level smithy)
Chest R2 I10 - Veilwaker Vest - craftable at tailor
Head R2 I12 - Hollowplate Helm - drops from big knight in castle braer
Hand R2 I5 - Veilwalker Gloves - craftable at tailor
Legs R2 I8 - Veilwalker Breeches - craftable at tailor

Veilwaker Set becomes available to craft from leveling tailor IIRC
