Tell that to the dev's bank accounts. 🤣
Also, the 'Mixed' reviews on Steam.
Have you tried playing the demo to make your opinion instead of reading bunch of reviews from whiny little tantrum throwing kiddos?
My profile is private precisely because of internet stalker sociopaths like you.
I have played the demo. Didn't like it that much.
350 ppl playing Mandragora.
80k playing BG3 (1.5 years after release).
Numbers don't lie.
Also, the game is made by a smaller team. They have to pick and choose their battles. I think the Kickstarter goal was less than $200k. Comparing BG 3 to this is not even remotely fair. They had over 450 employees and something like 6 yr development cycle and 2 yrs early access.
Once they bugfix a bit and maybe do a few balance tweaks, I'lll probably flip my review positive (with the caveat that you need to play a magic build if you don't want to be severely underpowered).
Also, some of the (IMO) negative parts about the game can't be fixed with balance tweaks, for example the lockpicking or crafting systems. We'll just have to accept that they are flawed designs.
