Anyone know what triggers venders to reset?

I'm having a hard time progressing on 3 bosses and feel like my only option at this point is to lower in game difficulty, but I'd prefer to buy some stuff from venders but they have not restocked after many attempts.

The caravan vendors? They restock on leveling up. As for other vendors I don't know.

I have leveled up several times since they have been out of stock and they still haven't gotten more supplies yet. I'll double check if upgrading the cart changes it, but I did not notice earlier.

leveling up defo doesnt restock the vendors

Having an issue with this right now as the only way to get Linen is to farm bandits non stop so I can upgrade the tailor. It's painfully slow

I know for sure that lockpicks get restocked, just not every level up. I'd imagine it's similar for other vendors but I honestly haven't paid attention. Might be they only restock items that go to "0" but aren't removed from the list.

for me they don't seem to restock at all, ever. they just get new stuff per level up. so like, the one that sells 20 copper will sell an extra 20 at level 3 and so on.
