Dunno if this is your specific issue but I had random PC crashes in another game (Astlibra) and it was only that specific game. Turns out I needed to update my system bios. Might be worth looking into.
Hi there, thanks for letting us know. We've been examining reported crashes. In case you have GeForce graphics card please make sure to update to its newest driver. NVIDIA released fixes that caused frequent crashes while playing Mandragora along with other games:
"3.1.1 Fixed Gaming Bugs
> [Fortnite] random crashes during gameplay [5171520]
> [The First Berserker: Khazan] DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED Crash [5195216]"
Specs:
– AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT (16 GB VRAM)
– Windows 11, latest drivers and updates
The crash was resolved by:
– Lowering resolution (below 1440p initially)
– Limiting FPS
– Setting Shadows and Global Illumination to Low/Off in the graphics menu
This suggests a critical issue with the engine’s handling of AMD GPUs under high load (likely related to shadows, Lumen, or VRAM spikes at startup).
Please investigate stability issues with RDNA2 GPUs. The game has great potential but needs better compatibility for high-end AMD systems.
what i did:
"– Limiting FPS
– Setting Shadows and Global Illumination to Low/Off in the graphics menu"
- activating Upscale Method for AMD
