If you fail to solve the wires puzzle in time you get trapped there forever and you can't reset the puzzle, you have to start over the whole game. Is this intended or a bug?

Is there a auto save or something else to save in the game ? I noticed a continue tab at the main menu. I finally made it to chapter 2 and decided to quit the game to pick it back up later and used the continue tab and it did nothing so I had to start from the beginning again. The game should at least save at the start of each chapter. Needless to say I wasn't very happy. I will play further and see if there is ever a save because if not there is no reason to have a continue option....

As much as I loved Presence, I will not be supporting this game. Why succumb to the pressure of some gamers to include "enemies"? There are just as many of us who love horror without being chased, fighting, or hiding from something. Games like Presence (creepy, story-rich, puzzles, "first person" character searching for clues) are difficult to find. Please consider this in the future....
