Your list only includes a small number of bugs that are in the game. I have my own list of bugs that I encountered, but I wont bother typing them out. Bethesda only does a small number of token bug
fixes, and then moves on. So the majority of bugs will never be fixed.

Bethesda bugs are something Im willingly pay extra for.
Some of the most funny memories are built on those bugs.

Strange, I've not encountered single bug in over a year. Oddly enough, it seems the only ones encountering bugs, are people that dont play it. Not sure how that even works, but who am I to doubt

I'm working on my first Tracker Elite Bounty from their bounty board and something is seriously wrong. I found the target, and no matter what I do, she won't stay down. She has those red pips below her HP that designate multiple life bars (not sure what they actually mean in technical terms, but).
I tried stunning her with the riot shotgun. I filled the stun bar, but the quest didn't advance and she got back up. I tried killed her outright. I cranked several dozen rounds of buckshot into her, enough to kill her ten times over. But no matter what I do, her extra life bars instantly regenerate.
She was hostile when I showed up, so I couldn't talk to her. I don't think I was supposed to.

The exact wording of the quest is "Wanted: Criminal on Procyon V-b" with the subheading "Confront Pirate Rover". However the NPC is named "Navigator Carpenter". I'm not sure if elite bounties just have randomly generated names or if this means something. I can't find any reference to an NPC with that name online. The quest tracker is absolutely, 100% pointing at this person.

From the mission board, I think I was supposed to have the choice whether to kill her or not. The other two missions either explicitly said dead, or alive. This one didn't specify. But I absolutely cannot advance the quest.

I am not using any mods. Did the game somehow set my bounty target as essential or something? What's up?

Valve News Network guy said he was 8hrs in and no bugs. Another reviewer said 15hrs and no bugs. ALL games have bugs but we might be looking at one of Bethesda's cleanest releases yet.
