Failure to Communicate quest aftermath leaves a lot to be desired.
Okay. So I completed Failure to Communicate quest. Now Alban Lopez specifically says that if I am ever in the system again to visit and I will get a warm welcome. How about when I go to travel back to the farm, the whole freaking thing is just GONE. GONE! WHAT. How is this even a thing. Why is this even a thing. Not only that but the star-station does not have anyone in it except settlers. At least they say thanks and nice to know you. I mean come-on, I really cant go back to visit the settlers or Alban? I feel that there is a lot of missed opportunity here. When he offers to work on the hydroponics, why cant I take him up on this and just work on his farm's hydroponics? Why can we not visit the other families bases? What happened to the Wen family and why cant we investigate this? There are so many missed opportunities here! This could've been a whole in depth questline and led to some really awesome and immersive gameplay/outcomes/replayability. How cool would it be to get distress pings from Lopez' farm about a failing hydroponics system and you'd have to go and play a mini-game or two in order to get it working again. Sigh. Only in my dreams. Or if I decide to go all hardcore modder and make the content myself. Sorry to say that Bethesda is letting me down with Starfield. I am trying so hard to like it but I just keep finding spots in the game that seem glazed over, rushed, smoothed, polished, and they didn't include content.

I noticed a bug of fixed landing points vanishing, but clearly because I build close enough or in the area too many landing points or outposts, delete some made it reappear.

What you name missed opportunities is time spending choices, there's even more clearly opened but never the time to add them.

At end the game is still ultra strong on world reactivity that is small consequences from actions or choices.

Cool if you fix the problem with mods, and then not sure I'll bother try it if I still play, because I play in French and your mod will skip the time to make it, but no I won't accuse you of missed opportunity.

what a 'glazed over, rushed, smoothed, polished, and they didn't include content' kind of response... literally. the critique is solid. I went back to the farm and it was there, there were no actual dialog options from lopez and he basically acted like we never met. big missed opportunity.
