Phased Time power is amazing

Just started to really understand how OP this power is. It also looks amazing when using it in low gravity environments, use the power, fire off your rifle and watch the bullet casings fly off in slow motion and the dead enemy's body contort in slow motion. Feels very much like Cyberpunk with the sandevistan implant.

The Gravity well power is also very powerful, you can basically stun lock an enemy for as long as you want if you use a quantum essence as well.

Phase Time plus combat chems is insane. The hearts really boost this as well, with regen and their own shorter version of Phase. Eat a giant heart, take a hit of Amp and a hit of Frostwolf and you are pretty much unstoppable.

I prefer to spam either void form (invisible like in Skyrim but you don't have to stay crouched, you can sprint and fly everywhere and just crouch+sneak attack whenever you reach something) and sense star stuff.

You can slow time for free with the assalut training perk (rank 4), I find it more than enough.
