Also i have perk for boostpack ofc.
also made verify the game files, reinstall several times
The main one is using a boostpack without its equipment, i.e. as if there is some kind of boostpack attached to the character, which is not visible and which does not take up an inventory slot.
And because of this, it turns out that I put a boostpack on the character - its consumption increases.
My only resolution was to scrap the save... the mod permanently ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my pack settings.
Here's the console commands to pull out your current settings to look for anomalies:
Fairly certain you can obtain what the default values are via google
im never used starborn crafting mod or any other mod for different suits or boostpacks
Also, if you find out which of those pack settings is off, the command is:
Review it and see if you anything Pack's (other then ones in your inventory. If you can try tossing your existing ones in a safe container while you run the command.
This MAY tell if its an actual item. Pretty good chance its not and it may be like others have suggested a glitched value.
