Yes and yes, I've tried both fsr3 and dlss. I've turned off some services, turned off a lot of the auto save options. It almost feels like my PC, Windows or some other app starts doing something that's causing it. I mean I could see FPS dropping in city areas or somewhere it's graphic or CPU intensive but I run 80+FPS in Akila. But having my FPS drop to 12 during a takeoff or landing cutscene just seems really odd.
Yeah the OFCH is awesome. I try not to bother you guy except as a last resort but it's usually where I get the most help for the hardest crap
i9-12900K, RTX 3090, nvme SSD, Windows 11, 2560x1440, playing on Ultra.
I will say this, the other day i was noticing my game having performance drops. Then i realized it had been a while since i blew out the inside of my PC with compressed air. So I did and it's been running like a top ever since.
I also took the time to clean my registry and all the caches.
