It only gets worse from there.
You've just entered a outpost domino bug effect.
You start making more outposts from there and it will lead to the following:
1. Some of the outpost icons will start to disappear but outposts are still there.
2. You're ship starts to land far away from your outpost landing pad. which makes you run for minutes over weight. (The pads are still there and used to work perfectly fine before)
3. You will start to have outposts you can't delete because the outpost marker disappears.
4. Your game will gradually lag, stutter to the point where it will be 'almost' unplayable. (even on the best pcs)
I've experienced all of the above.
No way to correct it. There are no bug fixes from Bethesda.
My best advice is, you should really prepare to enter a NG+ at this point or quit.
I ended up choosing the latter.
You can search the web if you don't believe me.
edited because i forgot to mention something very important.
I really really tried to like the game so i even tried continuing after number 4 and....
The game will tell you, 'you lack game save space' (even though my computer has ton of space) RIP
From my experience, never make multiple outposts from a single landing on the same planet. always land somewhere else on the same planet for your second, third, outpost. It will make the bugs get worse when you create two or more outposts from a single landing map.
